Any person wishing to use the consultation service of the Dictionary of Mexican Legal Terminology (Spanish-English) offered by this website must be registered, by filling in a personal data sheet and providing the information of his/her credit card, the purpose of which is to: (a) allow the user access to the website; (b) pay for the service with the credit card; and (c) issue an invoice covering the payment made, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.
  2. The personal data thereby obtained will allow the Author to: (a) know the identity of the users; (b) receive and allocate any payments received; (c) maintain contact with the users; (d) identify any users who may pose questions and express any comments in connection with the content of this website; (e) from time to time, send information to the users that may be of interest to them; and (f) use such data for any other purpose related to or consistent with the above.
  3. Whenever the user navigates on our website, non-personal information may be gathered through the use of “cookies,” “plug-ins” and “web beacons,” obtained by the mere use or interaction of our website. Such information is only gathered to generate statistical data of visits to the website, user profiles, time of use, and reference links that may have directed users to our website. However, such devices may be blocked by following the instructions in the user’s search engine, but this may cause our website not to function properly.
  4. The Author has no intention to transfer any user personal data and maintains the necessary security measures to protect user personal data against loss, alteration or destruction and to prevent any non-authorized use.

At the written request sent to the Author at the e-mail address soporte@diccionariojfbecerra.com, the user, as the data subject, may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as provided by law, and may rescind the consent given for the processing of their personal data, as well as limit the use or disclosure of said data.
